By commissioning me, you hereby agree to the following Terms Of Service:

GENERAL
I will not draw:
- any realistic or semi-realistic art
- fetish art
- elderly people or babies

When ordering, please provide reference pictures and/or a detailed description of pose, expression and background and tell me what you will use the commission for.
In the case of design commissions, please provide as much information as possible; preferably a mood board.
I will be using a miro board to keep track of design revisions and iterations if needed.

PAYMENTS
- At least 50% of the commission price must be paid before I start working. The other half must be paid before I start working on coloring.
- USD and EUR both accepted.
- I take payment through PayPal/VGen (Paypal integrated) only.

REVISIONS
- You will receive at least 2 progress images. One after the work in progress sketch is done, and one after I have laid out the base colors.
- Major changes are to be noted after receiving the work in progress sketch. After finishing the commission completely, major changes like changing pose, expression, outfit etc. will not be made.
- Any major changes after the sketch phase require an extra fee.

If your given reference/description was unclear to begin with, you may not request changes without a fee.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Please be patient! Commissions - depending on complexity - may take anywhere from 1 to 10 weeks to make, since I go to college full time and work a part time job as well. Check the waitlist on my carrd to see progress of other commissions I may be working on.
- Please tell me if you have a deadline beforehand. Depending on the timeframe, I may request a rush fee depending on complexity of the illustration. The rush fee must be paid in advance.

USE
- The artwork is for Personal Use only, unless agreed otherwise. A purchase of Commercial Rights to the artwork (if not included) will be 100% of the initial price (partial Commercial Rights: for streaming) or 200% (full Commercial Rights: for merchandise).
- With partial Commercial Rights, you are allowed to use my art for streaming assets and social media branding and you may alter/edit it.
- With full Commercial Rights, you are allowed to reproduce my art, sell merchandise of my art, use it for advertising, branding, props, use it as assets for your own projects and media (print, book covers, games, etc.) and you may alter/edit it.
- Proper credit in any use case is required.
- Do not use my art for cryptocurrency or NFTs.
- Do not use my art for training of neural networks or AI.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Do not resell/reproduce the artwork, remove any watermarks or alter the artwork without the artist's (my) consent.
- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork(s) and as a result of such, they are copyright protected. I hold the rights to publish, reproduce and display the artwork(s) for Personal and Commercial Use, unless agreed otherwise.

REFUNDS
- I have the right to refund/cancel the payment for your commission at any time.
- You have no right to refund after I have received the payment.
- If you file a chargeback against me, all rights to the artwork(s) I have made for you will be retracted and you may not commission me again. I have the right to file a complaint against you and publicly warn other art sellers and communities.
